Reagan Smalley

(Masters Level Clinician)

Reagan received her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Biola University. She then went on to receive her master's degree in clinical mental health counseling at Denver Seminary. Reagan focused her studies on how to work effectively with teens and young adults from all backgrounds and cultures.

She is particularly passionate about working with children and young adults but is thrilled to see clients of all ages. She loves to help people who are currently working through trauma, an ADHD diagnosis, navigating relationships, anxiety, depression, and attachment issues. Reagan is an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and strives to make the therapeutic space as safe and comfortable for everyone.

Reagan believes that therapy is a collaboration between the therapist and the client where the client is able to freely express themselves and move towards the life they want. She has a passion for helping people learn how to identify and express their emotions so that they can better understand themselves and others. Reagan pulls from various therapeutic modalities to serve her clients, including TST, TF-CBT, EFT, DBT, CBT, and narrative therapy.

Outside the counseling office, Reagan enjoys teaching theatre and directing theatrical productions. She is also an avid baker and loves finding new recipes.
