We believe that recovery from an eating disorder is possible. Eating disorders are a common coping skill for individuals suffering from loneliness, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, and other conditions.
We believe that addressing these root causes are key for many people in their recovery.
We believe that all bodies are good bodies. Eating disorders come in all shapes and sizes, and can affect people of all genders, ages, races, religions, and abilities.
Our trained, caring staff help you identify your personalized goals for treatment. Services range from one to four days per week, depending on your unique needs. Our trained staff use interventions like:

Many people find that in order to recover from an eating disorder, they need more support than one hour per week. We offer more intensive outpatient eating disorder treatment. This includes up to ten hours of individualized support spread out over 2-4 days per week. For most clients, they receive this additional support for several months to give them the best opportunity to recover. Our eating disorder support may include:
Individual therapy
Family therapy
Parent coaching
DBT skills
Recovery coaching to support you during meals, while preparing food, shopping for new clothing, and more
Care coordination with your dietitian, primary care physician, psychiatrist, and other supports
A free peer support group for your loved ones to develop the tools to help you on your recovery journey
