We are seeking a new licensed or unlicensed clinician for up to either 31 or 39 hours a week. We offer:

39 hours per week:
7:30am-5:00pm (Wednesdays 1pm-6pm)
8:30am-6:00pm (Wednesdays 1pm-6pm)
31 hours per week:
9:30am - 5:00pm (Wednesdays 1pm-6pm)

The Requirements.
Masters degree in social work (MSW), counseling, or related field.
Applicable and active provisionary or terminal license in Colorado to practice mental health therapy, such as LSW, SWC, LPCC, MFTC, LCSW, LPC, MFT.
Good standing with DORA and all other applicable boards.
At least one year experience conducting individual/family trauma therapy, such as EMDR, TF-CBT, IFS, or CPT.
Ability to begin position quickly (within 60 days).
A passion for supporting under-served communities.

Special preference for social workers, applicants with EMDR training, SUD providers, applicants with past eating disorder experience, and those with experience with a wide range of ages.

The Gig.
This is an hourly paid position, not a fee split. That is, you are paid for your time regardless of whether or not a session is held or reimbursed. For pre-licensed providers, pay starts at $27 per hour. Fully licensed providers start at $68,000 per year before bonuses. (See below for supervisory positions.)
We want you to focus on what matters most - the client. Therefore, we pay the same amount per hour - regardless of insurance, admin time, no shows, time spent in meetings or supervision, etc. You never have to worry about what your paycheck will be with us.
Provide psychotherapy for youth and adults using evidence based models.
Maintain a caseload of assigned clients. (Bonuses start with a quarterly average of 21-24 clients per week!)
Complete academic and clinical assignments on time and thoroughly.
As needed, participate in making referral calls, networking, social media public education, and other duties as assigned.
Participate in team meeting (group supervision) and individual supervision weekly.
Maintain good standing with all applicable boards and licensures.
Be able to stand, bend, twist as needed, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Have a high attention to detail to be able to maintain compliance, complete documentation within 24 hours, and follow all policies and procedures.
Have a high level of professionalism, ethics, and commitment to providing high quality psychotherapy.
Be able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic, fun, and welcoming team.

This is an hourly paid position. Technicians with a high school diploma start at $17 per hour. Those with a Bachelors Degree start at $20 per hour.
Provide group and individual supportive skill-building, case management, and group therapy for youth and adults using evidence based models.
Maintain a healthy, stable milieu of youth ages 12-18.
As needed, participate in making referral calls, networking, social media public education, and other duties as assigned.
Provide case management, facility tours, and coordination of care for participants in the program.
Participate in regular team meetings and individual supervision, as indicated.
Maintain good standing with all applicable boards and licensures.
Be able to stand, bend, twist as needed, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Maintain excellent documentation within 24 hours of service provision.
Have a high attention to detail to be able to maintain compliance, complete documentation within 24 hours, and follow all policies and procedures.
