Bridget received her Bachelors in Social Work from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and Masters in Social Work from the University of Denver in 2023. Bridget has experience in supporting people with disabilities in securing meaningful employment opportunities and providing therapy to children who have experienced trauma. With her unwavering dedication and nurturing presence, Bridget strives to foster self-determination and a hopeful outlook on life in each of her clients. 

Bridget utilizes a trauma-informed approach to therapy which emphasizes safety, choice, collaboration, and empowerment in each session. She believes in creating a safe and predictable environment in which her clients feel respected and in control of their therapy services. Bridget operates from a strengths perspective and believes every individual has the capacity for growth and healing. 

Bridget enjoys working with children ages 7+, their caregivers, teens, and adults. Bridget is passionate about using creative and age-appropriate techniques to engage her clients in their therapy sessions. She recognizes that caregivers play an invaluable role in their children’s well-being and strives to equip caregivers with tools to support their children and their own mental health. She utilizes evidence-based modalities including TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, and TST to tailor treatment to the unique needs and personalities of her clients. 

Bridget, originally from Louisiana, now calls Colorado home. She loves spending time at her local library and is on a quest to find the best iced coffee in Colorado Springs. In her downtime, she enjoys playing video games, reading, and crocheting.
